• Pay rate of $23.65 to $36.00 per hour - experience dependent

Zero Fire is an exciting, fast growing company, which has recently become the largest installation company for commercial and residential fire protection systems in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions. In this role you will install fire alarms in both commercial and residential buildings. Ensuring that the highest standards of professionalism are maintained and delivering a high level of service to our customers on all installation related matters is a key requirement.

You will assist with fire alarm system defects, faults and repairs and fix those as required for the Technician role.  The hours of work are 7.00am – 4.30pm, 5 days a week (45 hour week).

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be a motivated team player with an excellent work ethic, communication skills  and attention to detail;
• Be able to understand technical drawings and have a basic understanding of mathematical concepts;
• Have experience in installing fire alarm systems; or experience in electrical services;
• Have a strong health and safety focus and take pride in doing a really good job every time;
• Additionally, you will possess a full driver’s license and the right to live and work in New Zealand.
