Tylah is our Support Administrator, assisting Jade and the service & testing team with BWOFs, invoicing, and general support. Before joining Zero Fire, she spent five years at Fosters, working across construction, maintenance, and VFM departments, with compliance being her favourite area. She has extensive experience handling council compliance work, including consents, PS3 documentation, and BWOF management.

Outside of work, Tylah loves adventuring with her dog, Shadow, training in agility, and watching football—she’s a big Arsenal supporter. She also enjoys making Lego, traveling with family and friends, and cheering on the Chiefs at the rugby.
