Testing and Compliance Technician

- Hamilton Airport Based, daily travel to client sites
This role will see you testing fire alarms and other specified systems on both commercial and residential projects. Ensuring that the highest standards of professionalism are maintained and delivering a high level of testing & compliance to our customers on all compliance related matters is a key requirement.
Working with your own portfolio of clients you will take on the key duties for testing and compliance. Your daily duties will include travel to client sites, testing and reviewing their alarm systems, noting any defects/faults, and raising jobs for the service tech team when and if required. Your communication skills will be well utilised here as you discuss with your clients and alarm system requirements or defects, make your recommendations to resolve any matters, completing their service logbook and completing of internal job logs online.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 7am to 4.30pm

- Proven experience in the industry
- An eye for detail and to pick up of potential faults/maintenance issues
- Ability to work to a schedule and keep good records
- Professional interactive skills and excellent communication
