KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Clients are key for Shannon Sanson in her role here at Zero Fire.
As Key Account Manager, Shannon is responsible for establishing and nurturing client relationships to ensure our team fully understand and deliver on customer needs. Other areas of responsibility include serving as a line of communication between our clients and Zero Fire teams, and regularly reporting progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
Shannon – who has a Diploma in Office PA – Management Level 1, 2, 3 and 4, and experience in Business Finance – has worked in administration and account management roles within the Fire Protection industry for the past 10 years. Prior to that she spent a decade working in facility and infrastructure management, which included working with fire protection companies from the client’s perspective - giving her invaluable experience for use in her current role.
When Shannon’s not at work you can find her at the gym, hiking on nature walks or balancing on her paddleboard at the beach or lake. She also likes nothing better than spending time with family and friends, and watching a good movie or series on Netflix.
